Girls Try Hockey For Free Day at ImOn Ice Arena on April 23rd  

 

(CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA) – The ImOn Ice Arena, RoughRiders Hockey Club, Corridor Hockey Association, and USA Hockey would like to invite girls to the ImOn Ice Arena on Saturday, April 23rd, for a Girls Try Hockey For Free clinic. This event is from 5:15-6:15pm and is open to local girls, ages 4 to 11 years old. This is a great opportunity to experience ice hockey for the first time and learn the basic skills in a fun, safe environment.

Participants will also get a free ticket to the USHL RoughRiders game with a purchase of an adult ticket. Puck drop at 7:05pm!

No hockey equipment is needed.  Participants should bring a bike helmet, a jacket or long sleeve shirt, long socks, and a pair of winter gloves.
