Golf Tournament Volunteers Needed
Dear RoughRiders Family,
We hope this email finds you well. We are excited to invite you to be a part of an amazing event that will make a significant impact on the Youth RoughRiders Hockey Club. Our Golf Tournament Fundraiser is scheduled to take place on August 20, 2023, at the beautiful Hunters Ridge Golf Course. With your support, we aim to raise funds that will directly benefit the growth and development of young athletes in our community.

Location: Hunters Ridge Golf Course
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers who can assist us during various shifts to ensure the success of this event. Your participation will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our fundraising goals and provide a memorable experience for all attendees.
**Pre-Golf Support:**
Raffle Basket Assembly
Date: Friday, August 18th
Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

**Day of Event:**
Setup
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Volunteers Needed: 3
Registration Table
Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Volunteers Needed: 2
Ticket Sales
Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Volunteers Needed: 4
(Note: Ticket sales include Mulligans, 50/50, raffle, and griddle)
Prize/Raffle Table Support
Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Volunteers Needed: 3
Pancheros Chips and Salsa Handout Table
Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Volunteers Needed: 1-2
Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Volunteers Needed: 2
Beverage Cart
Time: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Volunteers Needed: 2 *must 18 years old+
Photographer(s)
Time: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible shift, can be split)
Volunteers Needed: 1 or 2
