12U & 14U AA Program

For the last three seasons we have seen our program grow from 72 players at the end of the 2017-2018 season to 223 players this past 2020-2021 season. The number one reason for that is our core values and overall philosophies as a program. One of which, is that we offer a strong development program, culture, and overall professional operations.  Because of those reasons, our retention is over 95% and growth has been consistent.  We want to attract players and families for the right reasons, for development of the player, and more importantly, development of the person to be a productive member of society and leader in all areas of their lives later as an adult. That is our responsibility as a youth sports club.

With that said, we will not be doing a specific AA tryout. We want players and families that want to be a part of our club for all the aforementioned reasons. If we go through the tryouts listed above, and the teams are good enough we will compete in AA tournaments and friendlies.

Two years ago, we had our 12U Black team that was 20-2-0-0 going into the Holiday Break, and at that time we moved the team up into AA divisions and highest level of A tournaments to increase their competition they faced. We want to push our players and we will push them any all our teams up when needed.

We are currently working through the updates of budgets, RRHC Policies, and SafeSport Policies. Once we have all these items completed, we will be opening registration. Our goal is to have registration up and open by July 9th.
