Spring and Summer Off-Ice Training

Performance Health and Fitness is offering an Elite Hockey training program for this spring and summer.

The Performance Elite Hockey Training Program is designed to compliment our strength and conditioning student-athletes, to ensure peak performance throughout their on- and off-season hockey schedule.

Instructed by the training staff at Performance Health & Fitness, athletes will be taught proper techniques and skills to prevent injuries, and progress to the next step in their athletic careers, whether it’s high school, college, or professional.

USAH Requirements

All parents/guardians are required to register with USA Hockey as a volunteer and completed SafeSport Training.

RRHC Requirements

All tuition fees with be on a 4 installment payment plan (subject to change due to COVID-19):

  • 25% of tuition - October 21, 2020
  • 25% of tuition - November 18, 2020
  • 25% of tuition - January 13, 2021
  • 25% of tuition - February 16, 2021

*Please note tuition costs have gone up $75 from previous season across all age groups due to ice rate increase. Previously our contract with ImOn Ice Arena had an incentive to book a certain number of hours of ice and that has changed for the upcoming 2020-2021 season and on.

We do have multiple contigency plans if the start of the season is delayed for any reason. Including but not limited to extension of the seasons into March, and/or adjustments to overall final tuition fees.

There will be no over night travel until the 2nd half of the year. During the Holiday break in December RRHC staff will evaluate the current COVID-19 situation. Our goal is to have a full and complete season while keeping our families safe.
