As the Hockey Director for the RoughRiders Hockey Club of Cedar Rapids, I want to take a moment and say thank you for your interest in this great sport.

Skating & Hockey Progression
RRHC in partnership with USA Hockey provides Try Hockey for Free events at least two times per year. Once in November and once in February. Click here to see more!
ImOn Ice offers group skating lessons including basic hockey classes. The cirriculum is set by Learn to Skate USA. RRHC requires all beginning players must complete Learn to Skate before participating in the Instructional Program.
Once your player has completed Learn to Skate, they should participate in our beginner Instructional Program!
Need Gear? Check out our Loaner Equipment Program.
We have a lot of gently used gear, donated by our players, that still has a lot of life in it… that we’d rather pass on to new families to help defray the cost of participation.
We ask for a $75 deposit, refunded when you return your gear. This can be be paid online, or with check/cash when you come to the arena for your fitting.
Heather or Dustin will contact you within 24 hours of receiving this registration to find a time that best fits your needs.

The USHL ownership and staff remain committed and will show support to the continued growth and success on and off the ice of RRHC for the season. “We are very committed to youth hockey and the high school hockey program and are assisting them in continuing their operations this year,” said Cedar Rapids owner Mr. Tony Sdao."
